Terms of Use
This notice was prepared using a structured review of how Pet Platform actually works and what current data-protection law requires. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. We recommend professional legal review as the product and user base grow, and will update this page if that review changes anything.
What this is
Pet Platform is a personal record-keeping tool for organizing your pets' information. It is not a veterinary or medical service, and nothing you enter is checked, verified, or interpreted by us.
Who can use it
You must be able to form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you to create a Pet Platform account. Each account is for one person's personal use in managing their own pets' records.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at contact@mypetrec.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you enter into Pet Platform. By adding content, you give us only the limited right to store it and show it back to you so the service can work. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — we don't verify it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pet Platform to store or share another person's sensitive personal information without a proper basis for doing so, to break the law, or to interfere with the service or other users' access to it.
Availability
Pet Platform is in early development. We don't currently guarantee uptime or that data will never be lost, though we take reasonable care and provide the account export and deletion controls described in our Privacy Notice.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or is used unlawfully. You can delete your own account at any time from the Account page.
Deleting your account
Account deletion is processed after a 30-day recovery window, during which you can cancel the request. Once the window ends, your account and pet data are permanently removed. See our Privacy Notice for details.
Not veterinary advice
Pet Platform helps you keep your own records; it does not diagnose, verify, or recommend treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice or an official pet passport.
Ownership
Pet Platform's name, design, and software belong to us. Your own content belongs to you, as described above.
Liability
Pet Platform is provided as a personal record-keeping tool without warranty of any particular outcome, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Bulgarian or EU law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We'll update this page as the product develops and let you know before anything materially changes how your account works.
